Notice of Vacancy on the Board of Directors
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a vacancy exists on the Board of Directors of the Thompson Crossing Metropolitan District No. 4, County of Larimer, State of Colorado. Qualified eligible electors of the Thompson Crossing Metropolitan District No. 4 who wish to be consideredto fill a vacancy must contact the Board of Directors of the Thompson Crossing Metropolitan District No. 4 c/o Icenogle Seaver Pogue, P.C., 4725 South Monaco Street, Suite 360, Denver Colorado 80237, Attention: Jennifer L. APPLICATIONS TO JOIN LANDSCAPE COMMITTEE
The Thompson Crossing Metropolitan District No. 4 (the “District”) Board of Directors (the “Board”) is seeking qualified residents interested in serving on a Landscape Committee that the Board anticipates forming at its July 25, 2019 special meeting.

Directors Stevens and/or Kiesey may interview applicants prior to such meeting to ensure that they are qualified to serve on the Landscape Committee and fulfill the purposes set forth by the Board. Applicants should be willing to serve on the Landscape Committee for a term of one-year and must demonstrate a particular interest in improving landscaping of common areas within the community with professionalism and a positive attitude.

Any resident of Thompson Crossing Metropolitan District No. 4 or Thompson Crossing Metropolitan District No. 6 interested in serving on the Landscape Committee for the District should file an application with the Board. Applications should include (1) a letter of interest, (2) a physical address of residence with in the District, (3) the number of years living/owning property within the District and any relevant involvement in community activism, (4) description of all relevant experience and knowledge about special districts and/or landscaping and (5) a bio statement. Applications must be received by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 21, 2019 to be considered. Applications should be sent or delivered to Thompson Crossing Metropolitan District No. 4, c/o Icenogle Seaver Pogue, P.C., 4725 South Monaco Street, Suite 360, Denver, Colorado 80237 or sent via e-mail to Jennifer Ivey at jivey@isp-law.com.
